My upstairs furnace stopped working on this 18 degree weekend. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Bartlett Monday morning. That afternoon their technician, Jerry, arrived. Very nice professional guy. I appreciated he arrived with shoe covers (we are a "no shoes" house.) He quickly analyzed the furnace and had it working within minutes. Clearly, when you are desperate it would be a good opportunity for a shady company to sell you more than you need. He not only did not do that, he took extra steps to check all the connections and sensors, gas pressure, amps, etc. He cleaned everything and patiently answered my questions. All of this for the original price quoted....which was very reasonable. I will definitely use these guys for any other work I need on my heating/cooling system.

Jerry J was just WONDERFUL - from listening to my rant about the AC going out to explaining what the heck he was doing! Very patient - more patient than I would've been in 90 degrees without AC - and I wasn't his first house!! He spoke with me several times on the phone coordinating and his estimate was pretty accurate so I had a good idea of what to expect. He was here in 2 hours but would've been sooner if I had gotten the "go ahead" from the landlord sooner. Super nice guy & he went the extra mile and didn't have to. I will remember that!!! Bartlett's is my first choice from now on.

I was able to get a tech out to my house the same day. That was great. He showed up on time, went right to work, diagnosed the problem, repaired the issue and was finished in approximately two hours. I couldn't ask for better. The only thing not rated as exceptional was the price on the blower motor...it was much too expensive, but the tech, after diagnosing the problem, showed me upfront what the cost would be so I knew what to expect. Great response time, great work, not so great price....2 out of 3, I'll live with that.
