My downstairs AC was not cooling properly. The service technician, Bo, came out and promptly fixed the issue. Bo was professional and very friendly. We had a damaged capacitor that was tripping the fuse. Would recommend Bo and Bartlett Heating and Cooling.

I would like to compliment Bo on the good work he did in servicing both my upstairs and downstairs units. In addition to the upstairs and downstairs units he found and evicted a chipmunk that had taken up residence in my upstairs compressor. It took a lot of patience to get rid of the chipmunk and shows that Bo went the extra mile to get the job done right

I'm old school and can still recall that you always knew the person who was going to come to your home to help you out when you had a problem. Bo was great in describing what he was going to do, what he did, why and what it would cost. And he knew what he was doing. Being a retired engineer from the energy field, I knew what I should be hearing from him. I will recommend Bartlett if anyone needs this service.
