Very pleased with my change to Bartlett last year. Holly usually answers the phone. I'm old school and can still recall that you always knew the person who was going to come to your home to help you out when you had a problem. Bo was great in describing what he was going to do, what he did, why and what it would cost. And he knew what he was doing. Being a retired engineer from the energy field, I knew what I should be hearing from him. I will recommend Bartlett if anyone needs this service.

Respectful of our home and hard working. Got us up and running in a reasonable amount of time and were clear about how to operate the new equipment. The cover over the tubing and electrical from the mini-duct to the side wall seems not to be engineered all that well but I don't see what more the installers could have done with it. It's probably a conversation to have with the manufacturer, maybe some sort of a press-in rubber gasket. Just a thought.

Bo is a very nice young man and knows our system and location of everything. It is always easy with Bo, no drama and I get the feeling that the job is well done. He even went the extra mile by washing down our unit even on a very cold day!
