Rony arrived on time. I was kept informed of when he would arrive. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He explained the process of what he would be checking. He wore shoe covers inside my house and I definitely appreciated that. Answered all my questions and gave me advice on when to change my air filter.

Stephen was friendly and professional and was in constant communicaiton with the home owner while conducting service even while the home owner was not readily available onsite. He coordinated before and after the service was done and detailed all necessary details for the home owner to make a well informed decision. Great same day service. I rated Rony five stars. I rated cost as only four stars because some companies roll the initial diagnostic fee into the repair if there turns out to be a repair. Also, I didn’t downgrade Rony for not providing a quote before he started the repair since it was under $500, but he needs to provide a quote for all repairs before he starts the work. Thanks for fixing the Ac!

I was responsible for installing a 3-ton AC unit and fixing the duct work. I started by removing the old AC unit and disposing of it properly. I then installed the new AC unit and connected the duct work to the furnace. I made sure that the duct work was properly sealed and insulated to prevent air leaks. I also tested the AC unit to ensure that it was working properly. I cleaned up the work area and removed all of the debris. I also provided the customer with a warranty for the installation and any repairs that may be needed in the future.
