Jerry did a wonderful job. Our unit runs more efficiently and we have consistent airflow throughout the home. We have had numerous people out over the years to try and solve the low airflow in one of our rooms, I don't know how he did it, but the air is flowing just as the other rooms. Jerry thoroughly checked out our furnace unit. He called just prior to arrival and was on time for our scheduled appointment. I had received an email reminder about our annual contract renewal. Then a follow-up phone call to schedule the annual maintenance. We are very pleased with the service from Bartlett.
