Knowledgeable and Effective
We appreciate how quickly that Bartlett was able to schedule a service call when we had problems with our fairly new AC (16 months). Mitchell arrived on time and possessed the knowledge needed to evaluate the problem(s). He gave reasonable advice and provided immediate service that could fix the issues discovered. We are pleased to have signed up for semi-annual maintenance checks by Bartlett staff in the future.

He explained everything. He was very knowledgeable. He checked everything and just made everything overall better. Didn’t try to upsell. Calling Bartlett was one of my best decisions this year!
