Brent and his crew were great! They arrived on time and went right to work by first laying down floor coverings to protect our hardwood floors. The crew was very careful not to bang up walls or doors when carrying in new installation items.They were courteous and efficient . Brent explained everything they had installed and how to use the new equipment.

Moving back to Atlanta and buying my new house, one thing was for sure, Bartlett would be my heating and air team again! Josh looked through the house and helped me fix the things that needed to be repaired immediately, he also helped me create a plan for the long term! Brent is an awesome professional installer! He has now installed 2 systems in my house. His assistant Carter was great also! Brent really knows his stuff and answered any questions I had. Bartlett has been great to me for about 25 years now! Great family owned company!!

Joshua had a difficult job because there is no faucet for a hose near the air conditioning unit but he did a fantastic job with a spray bottle - I appreciated the extra effort.
