Everything was done according to the plan the installers had. Clean up was good. Time will tell but we had a concern that too much heat was going into a toilet room but the installation plan left that supply register the same size as before. Perhaps the redesign of the duct work will help. Won’t be able to tell until next winter.

Chris is the best. Super nice guy and knows what he’s doing.

Bartlett had a cancellation and actually came out a day ahead of time (at my request). Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he found, and prioritized what needed to be done. Very happy with their service and I will use them again. Nice to find a Heating and Cooling company that is honest and reasonable.

I signed an HVAC contract with Bartlett last fall. The service guy last fall did a good job, but I was less pleased with Barlett’s last service guy last month. He was helpful in explaining some things, but made several comments about things in my house and to me that I thought were inappropriate and unsettling. I will request a new HVAC service person from Barlett for my next 6 month HVAC appointment and hope this was just a less than acceptable one time experience with Bartlett.
