Absolutely charming and the most professional of technicians I have worked with. I am a Realtor and I see quite a few. As I was the Realtor there for a client, I am not aware of the cost. Jerry Jenkins was early for the appointed time. The young man represents the company very well and should be used to do a training program on customer service skills. Exemplary!

Jerry is a great individual who represents Bartlett and his customers well. I do feel challenged at times with the prices of Bartlett services and parts and this is the only complaint which at times makes me (and has had me) consider other companies for my needs.
