Chris was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable! He listened to my concerns, recommended the appropriate solution and explained it all in detail! I couldn't be more pleased with Chris or Bartlett!

Very responsive turnaround. Our service technician, Jerry, was very personable, explained the issues and got our system back up and cooling the house quickly.

It was great to see there is still a company out there that believes in showing up when they say, and then on top of that has friendly and knowledgeable employees. Anthony took the time to explain in great detail all aspects of the system and exactly what he was repairing and why. Truly a refreshing experience in today's world!

Anthony was very conscience to care for our system both inside and out. He explained the process as he investigated and had the needed supplies on the truck to complete the jib. We are very pleased and thankfully much cooler.

So far I have not been able to follow up in detail if the issue has been resolved 100% but at least some possible cause was found. Will follow up in next days.

This week has been unseasonably hot and our AC went out last night (85 degrees sleeping temperature inside with fans on). Had GREAT customer service. I was called first thing this morning and had scheduled someone to come, I called back this afternoon to make sure we were on the schedule and was given every reassurance that we were. I had a call saying that my tech was 10 min out and that was exactly when he pulled up (probably less than 10 min really). Rick was my tech and he was wonderful: extremely knowledgeable, patient with me, answered my questions, let me watch what he was doing, and didn't try to sales pitch me on anything other than what was needed to get the unit working again. It was above and beyond service. Signed a service contract with them just knowing that Rick is our area's tech because I know we are in good hands. Just FYI the capacitor and fan motor in the compressor needed replacing. Initially Rick thought it was just the capacitor and upon realizing the fan motor was also out, did everything he could to ensure that it needed replacing instead of just assuming and pressuring me into replacing it (the fan motor was legitimately fried). Would recommend this company, especially Rick, to anyone in my area at least. Lastly, I went with this company based off of online reviews and all of the positive reviews on customer service, efficiency, and knowledge were accurate in my experience and also why I chose them. The final cost was very reasonable and fair. Actually much lower then what I expected. Their service call price is also lower then others out there!

If I ever need another unit I would call on Bartlett Heating and Cooling again

These guys are just totally awesome. Not only did I get the junk system tore out of my basement and replaced when they found other issues 2 small leaks in a water line they fixed it also. These guys go above and beyond expectations. Anyone who needs any HVAC work done these guys are AWESOME!

Bartlett took great care of me. The people were great and very helpful. No one wants to replace their AC but Bartlett made a bad situation a refreshing experience.

I look forward to every visit with Rick, he's so friendly and professional. He never tries to sell me anything I don't need, and always goes above and beyond to keep my systems running smoothly.

The service was outstanding...and we're VERY happy that we signed up for the service agreement, a great degree of security and comfort.
