He explained the process, provided an estimated time of completion, laid down the floor covering and got to it! Joshua came for our spring AC maintenance appointment . This was not our first service appointment with Joshua since he had come by previously for other issues . He is very knowledgeable, thorough and knows his craft. He explains things very well and is very honest in regards to the necessity of the work to be done . I would definitely recommend him and Bartlett time and time again .
