We were very impressed with Rony and his partner. I was surprised how quickly the installation went. They were organized and very efficient. The cost for replacing the unit was high, but I guess there's not much anyone can do about that. We had to reschedule because of a freak thunderstorm right when they were going to start work, but Karen was very flexible and got us a new date. I recently replaced my 20 year old AC. The Bartlett installers Josh and Trey did an excellent job with the install. They were professional and courteous from start to finish.
