Chris, my technician, had great customer service. He inspected the unit and system, provided tons of information and the pros and cons of all my options. After going through all the info, I felt comfortable making a decision that was best for my budget and got the AC unit back to cooling again. I will definitely be recommending Bartlett HVAC to all my friends and family.
