The team from Bartlett did a great job - this time installing a whole-home dehumidifier. They worked efficiently to install all items, communicating as they went through the job. At the end, they walked me through how to use the dehumidifier going forward.

Chris, my technician, had great customer service. He inspected the unit and system, provided tons of information and the pros and cons of all my options. After going through all the info, I felt comfortable making a decision that was best for my budget and got the AC unit back to cooling again.
