Brent was great, he came on time installed the new zone and explained everything.

Brent and his team did an excellent job on the full two system replacement at our house. They arrived timely, were polite, and took care of our home during the install. The entire Bartlett team made the process from quote, to financing, to install as seamless as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company to service their home.

On time. Obviously, in charge of team of three others all of whom seemed to really know what they were doing. Warm air upstairs last night// proved they knew. Cleaned up nicely. Our furnace decided to die in November, right when cool weather returned. We scrambled to get three estimates from local businesses and Bartlett beat the other two by about $1,100. We also liked the thoroughness of Bartlett’s estimate the best (James measured our space and made sure to be accurate with what we needed; other companies did not). Our AC was also limping along so we decided to get the whole system replaced. The install was promptly scheduled for 2 days after we agreed to the estimate. Brent and his assistant arrived right on time bright and early and worked hard all day to install the new furnace and AC. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Very happy with our experience with Bartlett!

So pleased with Brent and his team. They were diligent and did not leave until the new install was working perfectly. Bartlett had backup resource personnel to help him troubleshoot a problem and they came to the house immediately. The system was an old zone system that needed to be reworked. Along with Gene who determined what the new system would need, they worked to install an efficient and advanced system to heat and cool a tricky tri-level, open floor plan house. Shoutout to Bo, our regular tech. Good to have the same person service it twice a year that is familiar with it. Very glad we chose Bartlett!

It wasn’t great news to find out our entire system needed to be replaced, but Brent made the process easy. We expected him to be here all day, but the whole thing only took about 6 hours. He did a great job explaining how to best use and maintain our new system.

Brent and his assistant were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the Carrier unit they installed and they were so quiet during the install that I kept forgetting they were in the house.

So appreciate the professionalism, the quick response, the courtesy and the respect we are given by all the employees of Bartlett Heating and Cooling. Both Mitchem and Brent, on separate service calls, arrived on time, (always calling in route), and going about their business on arrival. They always take the time to answer our questions and explain what is going on. Absolutely no complaints. This company stands behind their products and their service; so rare of late. Would highly recommend!!!

Brent and his crew were great! They arrived on time and went right to work by first laying down floor coverings to protect our hardwood floors. The crew was very careful not to bang up walls or doors when carrying in new installation items.They were courteous and efficient . Brent explained everything they had installed and how to use the new equipment.

Bartlett did a huge two day job for us and it couldn’t have gone better. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, friendly and knowledgeable. Brent was very patient with me as he taught me how to use our new t-stats and he was able to answer all the questions I had about how our new systems will function. It was just a great experience.

Carter & Brent were great! They had a lot to do today - replacing my old furnace and undersized return/plenum. They worked hard all day and now I have a brand new unit, 96% efficiency, and improved airflow. They did a great job.

They recently zoned our HVAC system to equalize the temperatures on all 3 floors of our house - now we’re ready to be cool for the summer :)

Very professional! Did a great job installing unit and answering all of my questions. He was very mindful of my pets and very polite.

Everything was done according to the plan the installers had. Clean up was good. Time will tell but we had a concern that too much heat was going into a toilet room but the installation plan left that supply register the same size as before. Perhaps the redesign of the duct work will help. Won’t be able to tell until next winter.

Brent and Carter did a great job on our new hvac installation. Brent called and advised me of what time they’d be there and they were there on time. Got started right away and stayed working until the installation was complete. Very pleased with the outcome and hope for many trouble free years of our new hvac system!
