Terrence always provides outside service to my HVAV systems.

Terence has been to our house a few times and every time he comes he is so positive and very respectful to his customers. He is very detailed when reports finding. Even with the heat index being as high as it was he had a smile on and did not hesitate to work until almost 6:30pm. I wish we had more Terence’s with the work ethic he has. He even waited for me to get home so he could fix the air condition. Great employee! You should be very proud of you employee!
