Bartlett had a cancellation and actually came out a day ahead of time (at my request). Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he found, and prioritized what needed to be done. I signed an HVAC contract with Bartlett last fall. The service guy last fall did a good job, but I was less pleased with Barlett’s last service guy last month. He was helpful in explaining some things, but made several comments about things in my house and to me that I thought were inappropriate and unsettling. I will request a new HVAC service person from Barlett for my next 6 month HVAC appointment and hope this was just a less than acceptable one time experience with Bartlett.
