I was impressed with Mr. josh's knowledge of both the A/C and my hot water system. The initial call was that I have had water coming from a pipe onto my patio and Mr. Josh immediately told me the wateri is not from the A/C but from my water heater; he checked and the water was on extremely high too high in temperature whice can be the cause of water leaking from the pipe.
Eventually if the water continues to leak I will have to call a plumber. I was impressed with his expertise. Also a very polite gentleman.
