Rony was excellent today! He was very kind and professional and took his time to make sure all my 3 units were well taken care of! He wore shoe slips inside which was an added touch of respect! I did sign up for their maintenance program which saves you money for spring and fall tune ups plus more!

Great same day service. I rated Rony five stars. I rated cost as only four stars because some companies roll the initial diagnostic fee into the repair if there turns out to be a repair. Also, I didn’t downgrade Rony for not providing a quote before he started the repair since it was under $500, but he needs to provide a quote for all repairs before he starts the work.
