Bo is a very nice professional service representative and very courteous and knows his job well.

Bo was timely, knowledgeable, and polite. He offered excellent ideas as to how to get my unit to operate more efficiently. And he even caught something that might have turned into a fire hazard! I signed up for the family plan, too.

Really enjoyed Bo and his work. Very good at describing how Bartlett can help in the short and long term. He’s the man.

Bo was great! This was our first AC service and I was very impressed. He showed me the filthy coils on both systems and suggested another access port for drainage. Bo Trader, my service technician, went above and beyond for my summer start up. He spent hours clearing a clogged line to make sure my system would run properly and efficiently. He also found some minor issues and parts that needed replacing and installed the new Carrier smart thermostat for me. I highly recommend!!

Bo visited my home yesterday and performed a six months maintenance on my system. As always, this outstanding young man did an excellent job and was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. He really exemplifies the high standards of Bartlett heating and air conditioning. As a senior citizen, it is always a great comfort to have someone taking such good care of me.

Bo is always patient and walks through what he completed and what might need to be completed in an upcoming visit. He also goes above and beyond making sure vents are clean.

Every year I trust Bartlett for all my heating and air conditioning needs and Bo is a primary reason I continue to use Bartlett. I had 2 new AC units installed this summer based in Bo’s recommendation and, as expected, the Bartlett team was great to work with.

Bo was great! He called in advance to let me know how far away he was. I let him know I would be on a call and with no hesitation said he would wait until it was done to review everything.
