Bartlett has been our HVAC company for decades. They have always provided exceptional service. Terrance visits seasonally to ensure all is in good order and he is a pleasure to work with. He is always on time, courteous and clearly explains the workings of the system. Without hesitation, I recommend Bartlett and Terrance and all of the technical and office staff at Bartlett.

Arrived in time window scheduled. Assessed and explained problem with flue/vent for gas water heater and HVAC in the attic. Performed semi-annual maintenance on new Carrier HVAC system installed last year. Scheduled appointment to make repairs to flue/vent for following day.

Terrance was unbelievably helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge. He came out late in the evening and, since nothing could be done that night, returned early the next day to complete the repair. He never once gave the impression he was irritated with the late call and apologized for being unable to repair it then (compressor was frozen). I really appreciate it/him!

Terence just came out to do maintenance on the 20 year old AC unit in our new house and provide a quote for a new unit. We haven’t seen the quote yet but he answered all my questions and was very thorough. Scheduling was super easy and the price to service is what I would expect. Would definitely recommend.
