This was our first service visit with Joshua and with everyone else on the Bartlett team, he exceeded all expectations. He arrived early, was familiar with our different systems, and was able to install an efficient fix for our upstairs unit.

Joshua was kind and helpful. He did a thorough examination of our hvac system, even withstanding the rain to service our heat pump. Unfortunately he had to deliver bad news, but he was extremely thorough and empathetic in doing so. I feel that he steered us in the right direction, even if it didn’t result in a solution on the timetable we hoped for.

Being able to have the same technician since we've lived here is great. His visits are always professional, friendly, and informative. I could not ask for a better company or technician.

Josh was great. He took time to answer my questions and explain his recommendations to me in a way that made sense. He called ahead to let me know when he’d arrive. He was honest and upfront and gave me all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. His communication was great.

Moving back to Atlanta and buying my new house, one thing was for sure, Bartlett would be my heating and air team again! Joshua had a difficult job because there is no faucet for a hose near the air conditioning unit but he did a fantastic job with a spray bottle - I appreciated the extra effort.

Joshua was great! Completed my regular scheduled maintenance service with no issues.

My experience with Barlett Heating and Cooling was excellent. My A/C was not cooling and Mr. Josh came to my house and explain why my unit was not cooling the house. He knew that i had some major renovations done to my bathroom because you could see evidence in the filter and the outside unit. Josh recommended that my outside unit needed a "BATH''. He told me after i clean the unit it will look like new and the A/c will perform better.I watched Josh do the entire cleaning of the unit. Josh was correct my unit looks new and performs wonderfully. The unit has never gone on and off like it is doing now. If you wants something done to your A/C call Bartlett and ask for Josh. His bed side manner was excellent. He respected my house like it was a million dollar property.The price was very reasonable for what I am getting now in my house.

The person that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Josh, who came out to repair the unit, the service was fantastic. I was able to get a next day appointment and Josh was actually able to make it to my house early. he was very thorough about diagnosing the problem and double checked multiple options, to ensure we were only doing what was needed to fix the unit. He had all of the items needed for repair on his truck and was able to fix the issue very quickly!

I think the price of the contract has gone up a couple of times in recent years. The one-hour time window for arrival is very convenient. Josh is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and gives good advice.
